1. What CustomDesk is
CustomDesk ("we", "us") is private order-tracking software for independent creators who sell custom content, PPV, and paid requests. CustomDesk does not connect to, scrape, or automate any platform account, does not store explicit media, and never touches your fans' payments directly — you record what a fan ordered and paid, and we track it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use CustomDesk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our identity provider, Clerk — see §6.
3. Acceptable use
CustomDesk is operations software for tracking orders, not a place to store content. Don't upload or store explicit media, don't use the notes fields for anything beyond fan preferences/boundaries relevant to fulfilling orders, and don't use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
4. Billing
The Free plan has no cost. The Pro plan is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and downgrading never deletes your data (see §5 and our Privacy Policy).
5. Your data
You own the fan, request, and payment records you create. You can export everything (two CSVs, all-time, on every plan) or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data on our side.
6. Third parties we rely on
Clerk provides sign-in/sign-up/session management. Stripe processes Pro subscription payments. PostHog (EU-hosted) provides anonymous, privacy-conscious product analytics. None of these providers receive fan-identifying content (aliases, handles, or notes) from CustomDesk.
7. Disclaimers and liability
CustomDesk is provided "as is". We aren't liable for lost income, disputes with fans, or content-rights disagreements — CustomDesk records what you tell it; it doesn't enforce or verify rights with anyone else. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
